Under sin el fil municipality- Horsh Tabet has basic forms and shapes. it might be one of the most successful public gardens in Beirut and the suburbs- which is proven daily by the use of hundreds of families. Recent management and maintenance considerably made it more inviting as unwanted plants are practically inexistent and recycle bins present everywhere. Hidden from the outside but quite open on the inside- it is a big asset for the safety and control of kids. However- the dry non-functional water feature leaves an unsatisfied feeling of the area and makes us wonder what would happen if it was working.
